1. Introduction

TradesiteWorks ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TradesiteWorks platform, accessible at this website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

  • Lead form submissions from visitors to your published pages (name, phone, email, ZIP code, message)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the TradesiteWorks platform
  • To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
  • To generate AI-written content for your landing pages using the business information you provide

  • To send weekly digest emails summarizing your lead activity (if you have active pages)
  • To improve and personalize the platform experience
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Lead Data and Your Visitors

When visitors submit the lead form on your published pages, their information (name, phone, email, ZIP code, message) is stored in our database and associated with your account. You are the data controller for this visitor data. You are responsible for handling this data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including providing your own privacy notice to your visitors if required.

We act as a data processor for visitor lead data on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use visitor lead data for any purpose other than delivering it to you.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting, database, and file storage services.
  • Google Maps API — when you use the Google Reviews feature (Place ID lookup).
  • Law enforcement or legal process — when required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Published page data and lead submissions are retained until you delete them or close your account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the Settings page or by contacting us.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below or use the "Delete Account" option in your account settings.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is collected in a privacy-respecting, cookie-free manner where possible. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from logging in.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session tokens, and access controls. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

TradesiteWorks is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
