To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your published pages will be taken offline and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
